Concrete Repair Inspection

Brody Forbes were invited by its client to visit an apartment block where widespread cracking and spalling had been identified on the underside of its balconies.  

Brody Forbes were instructed to act as an advisor to our client to review the condition of the balconies, agree a repair methodology with an approved concrete repair specialist, and to approve the quality of the repairs by carrying out ongoing inspections.
