Brody Forbes is able to provide the design, fabrication and site installation of radar towers. throughout the UK and overseas. 

Together with its experienced civils and electrical team, Brody Forbes is able to offer a turnkey solution to its clients, thus reducing risk and delays to programming.

During the design phase, Brody Forbes uses the latest CAD and Tekla software to design these bespoke radar towers. This involves working closely with our clients to ensure that the radar towers are designed and manufactured for the environment in which they are being installed. These locations are often challenging and the design needs to reflect each site’s restrictions and limitations.

Brody Forbes is also experienced in the decommissioning and removal of redundant radar towers and ancillaries such as electrical components, and has carried out this work in remote sites such as St Kilda in the Outer Hebrides, and Rock Gun, Gibraltar.

As part of the Turnkey Service offered to its clients on Radar Tower projects, Brody Forbes is able to design and carry out the installation of all HVAC and electrical requirements, including final testing and certification.

Brody Forbes is certified under the UKCA marking scheme to Execution Class 3 of BS EN 1090 for its steel fabrication.
